Susan Clarke has been working with Club Managers since 1985. She has presented programs at the '97 Legislative Conference, the '92, '95 & 2001 CMAA Annual Conferences, the 2002 Assistant Managers Conference and at the '93 & '94 Chicago Regional Workshops. She has conducted programs for the Canadian Society of Club Managers and members of the Iowa, Georgia, Alabama, Utah, Virginia, San Francisco, Northern California, Southern California, San Diego, Detroit, Cleveland, Louisville, St. Louis, Minneapolis, Atlanta, Arizona, Nevada & New Mexico, Des Moines, Charlotte, Greater Ohio, Carolinas, Kansas City, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh CMAA Chapters.

After speaking at chapter meetings, she has returned to work with the staffs at numerous clubs in those chapters. She has had the privilege to work with the staffs at The Union League Club, Medinah Country Club, The Duquesne Club, Oakmont Country Club, Oakland Hills, The Olympic Clubs, The Penn Club, Victoria Club, Interlachen, Atlanta Athletic Club, Augusta Country Club and to name a few.
